Before we begin a project, we perform a “Due Diligence” or “Requirements Capture” exercise in order to gather existing information (such as operating and maintenance records etc.), observe field conditions, and meet to confirm the scope of work. This enables us to create design and construction documents that accurately depict the necessary tasks, eliminating the need for excessive bid contingencies. During design development, we work closely with the architect to integrate form and function and assist in decision-making that will allow the design process to move into the construction phase.

We are experienced in all phases of MEPF systems design, from initial feasibility through construction support and final commissioning services, as well as providing on-going service support. Owner requirements, code issues, architectural concepts and budgetary constraints are thoroughly evaluated as part of the design process.
